Captain – starting November 2026

We are looking for an experienced Captain or First Officer with at least five years of experience on traditional square-rigged Tall Ships. In this senior leadership role, you will hold overall responsibility for the ship, crew and passengers while working closely with the shore office. The position offers a 1:1 rotation of approximately 6-8 weeks.

2nd officer – starting September 20, 2026

We are looking for an experienced Second Officer to join our international crew as soon as possible. You will keep navigational watches and be responsible for voyage preparation, navigation equipment, charts and the ship’s IT network. The position requires at least two to three years of experience as an officer on a traditional square-rigged Tall Ship and offers a 1:1 rotation of approximately 6-8 weeks.

3nd officer – starting October, 2026

We are looking for a qualified Deck Officer to join our international crew from October 2026. As Third Officer, you will keep navigational watches and be responsible for safety equipment, drills and the familiarisation of new crew members. The position requires at least one year of experience as an officer on a traditional square-rigged Tall Ship and offers a 1:1 rotation of approximately 6-8 weeks.

Hospitality Manager – starting October, 2026

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our international hospitality team from October 2026. You will oversee service, galley and housekeeping operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience across corporate events, adventurous voyages and luxury cruises. The position requires management experience in high-level hospitality and offers a 1:1 rotation of approximately 6-8 weeks.

Housekeeper – November 2026

We are looking for an organised and hands-on housekeeper to join our international crew from November 2026. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of passenger cabins and crew areas, laundry, linen and supplies, while supporting the wider hospitality team on board. The position follows a rotation of approximately 6-8 weeks on board, followed by 6-8 weeks of leave.
