Poker night
At the moment we have 29 crew members on the Clipper. This is a nice club and everyone has their responsibilities. Everyone is very special with its own strengths and preferences. Of course you always like one better than the other. I think that is very human, you can't like everybody the same. But this makes it very difficult to make a watch schedule. To avoid discussions, we invented a new method, which will start from the first of this month.
At 07h00, the Captain takes the crew list and the dices. At 08h00 the crew gathers on deck and the Captain will inform them about the watch schedule for the coming 24 hours.. In this way everyone has the same opportunities and whether this is satisfiing or not, it is at least fair.
