Australia
And beautiful it is! That is, the part that we can actually see. Despite our clearance the yellow flag will keep as aboard tomorrow. Not all required formalities can be handled here, that’s why. The island has some steep hills on the North and South shore, inhabited by large numbers of birds. The landscape is surprisingly green and pine trees and palm trees grow side by side here. On the West side the green island and the coral lagoon are separated by a white beach. Australia is very strict in import regulations on fresh food. Our meat needs to be finished by the time we will be surveyed in Sydney. Our chef has found a solution: the BBQ.
