Back on track

We are through the Pacific convergence zone and rediscovered the wind.
The machine is shut off since 02h00 am last night, and the sails provide us a good speed of 7 knots. During the day, the wind was increasing strength and chases the ship for at least ten miles per hour west south west.
The old sails that were still hoisted have been replaced by newer ones so we are ready for the tropical depression that we can expect around these latitudes.
The tropical cyclone “Olga” is decreasing on the coast of north Australia, but this does not guarantee that it is done by storms in Oceania.
Hurricane season or not, we now enjoy the power of the running wind, force 7, so we can build a fat layer on for the less prosperous times ahead.
